Screen printing: 100% American cotton, 18-count single-ply yarn, 220 g/m². High-density knit provides an opaque and stable base. Good adhesion of plastisol and water-based inks on all garment-dyed colors. For pigment-dyed shades (Mushroom, Dark Silver, Vintage Black, Patchouli, Rose Quartz, Clove), test ink compatibility with the dye before large-scale printing; slight color bleeding may occur upon contact.
DTG: smooth and even surface, compatible with direct-to-garment printing. Standard pretreatment recommended for dark colors. For pigment-dyed shades, always test before starting production due to the color irregularities inherent in this process.
DTF: Transfer printing is compatible with all colors, including irregular pigment-dyed shades, since the design is applied to the surface independently of the fabric’s color.
Embroidery: 220 g/m² fabric weight is perfectly suited for machine embroidery without risk of distortion. Standard interlining depending on the density of the design.
General note: LA Apparel label sewn onto the collar; non-removable, it certifies that the garment was manufactured in Los Angeles and must not be removed. Generous fit—take this into account when placing designs on the chest and sleeves.
