Both Pro Club styles are made from 100% American cotton, 6.5 oz. The cotton is spun and knitted in the United States, and the garments are assembled in Mexico under Pro Club quality control. This heavyweight fabric offers greater density and durability than standard T-shirts on the market.

Both styles feature a sturdy construction designed to last: a ribbed collar reinforced with Lycra to maintain its shape wash after wash, double-stitched main seams, and tubular construction to maximize the print area. The REF 114 also features a seam-covering stitch at the cuffs and collar for a reinforced finish on the long sleeves.

Yes. The 6.5 oz, 100% cotton fabric offers a dense, stable surface suitable for plastisol and water-based screen printing, DTG, DTF transfers, flocking, and embroidery. Machine wash inside out in cold or lukewarm water with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly over the prints.

Pro Club T-shirts are pre-shrunk at the factory, which significantly minimizes shrinkage during washing. Some slight residual shrinkage may occur during the first wash, which is normal for heavyweight 100% cotton. After that first wash, the garment is designed to retain its shape over time without stretching or losing its form.
