Embroidery: durable nylon shell, suitable for dense machine embroidery. A reinforced backing is recommended to compensate for the shell’s flexible structure and prevent any stretching of the nylon.
Sewn patches: ideal base for woven or embroidered patches, particularly on the back and sleeves. Sewn attachment is preferred over heat-seal attachment alone, due to the interior polyester padding, which may be sensitive to prolonged heat.
Heat-transfer prints: compatible on areas without padding (back, raglan sleeves). Use a film suitable for synthetic fabrics, with a reduced press time and moderate temperature to preserve the inner padding.
General note: Avoid traditional plastisol screen printing, as adhesion to nylon is inconsistent. DTG and DTF are not suitable for this fabric. Conduct test prints on scrap fabric before starting production.
