The Long Sleeve Crew Neck Thermal goes far beyond the lightweight thermal usually worn as a layering piece. Its thickness is closer to a sweater while retaining the distinctive structure of a thermal knit.

Built for customization

100% cotton textured thermal knit that requires sufficiently opaque ink to cover the raised surface properly when screen printing. It also performs well with embroidery and DTF. DTG is not recommended on this waffle texture.

Printing Tip

Screen printing: 100% cotton thermal jersey, textured, which requires ink that is thick enough to properly cover the fabric’s texture. Be sure to conduct a coverage test before mass production.

Embroidery: Holds up well on this thick fabric; recommended for logos and small designs.

DTF: possible on this fabric, with a decent finish despite the fabric’s texture.

General note: LA Apparel label sewn onto the collar; non-removable. It certifies that the garment was manufactured in Los Angeles and must not be removed. Oversized fit—take this into account when placing designs. DTG printing is not recommended; the thermal fabric’s embossed texture prevents a sharp, uniform print, despite the 100% cotton base, which would otherwise be suitable.
