Screen printing: 100% U.S. cotton, 9 oz, 305 GSM, waffle-knit fabric. The waffle weave creates a textured surface that may slightly alter the appearance of fine screen patterns. Compatible with plastisol and water-based inks; use a screen adapted to the texture and allow for thorough drying given the thickness of the fabric.
DTF: Transfer-compatible; recommended for precision designs. DTF film follows the waffle texture better than screen printing on very fine patterns. Press at standard temperature with a slightly extended press time to ensure fusion across the entire irregular surface of the fabric.
Embroidery: 9 oz weight and waffle texture provide an ideal structured base for dense embroidery. Interlining is recommended to maintain the evenness of the design on the textured knit.
General note: Avoid DTG printing, as the print quality is uneven on embossed knits due to the fabric’s topography. The three camo patterns (Woodland, City, Desert) are printed across the entire knit; conduct a specific test for each color before mass production, as print depth may vary depending on the camo background.
