On embossed Thermal 2.0 fabric, avoid DTG, as the print quality is uneven on textured knits. On technical jackets (padded nylon varsity jackets, water-repellent polyester windbreakers), opt for embroidery, sewn-on patches, and heat-transfer prints suitable for synthetic fabrics. Plastisol screen printing does not adhere well to these fabrics.
